AIR802® model CN2RSJ is a RP-SMA type jack-female crimp connector for AIR802 CA195, Times Microwave LMR195, RG58, Belden 8240 and 8219 size cable.

Poorly constructed connectors will cause higher VSWR and insertion loss resulting in electrical noise and intermittent issues. This connector is a RP-SMA jack for RG58 and 195-Series cable. Connectors can be a bit confusing regarding the gender. There are Reverse Polarity (RP) SMA and regular SMA connectors. RP-SMA is common with many wireless products. The RP-SMA jack is a female connector. It has threads on the outside and the pin protrudes from inside the connector. This causes confusion for many not familiar with various connector types leading them to believe that this is the male, however it is the female. We generally prefer the term, jack, in order to avoid this confusion.
